Who we are

This site is run by WIT – Worldwide Industrial Trading USA Inc. (WIT), 7322 Southwest Fwy Ste 1153, Houston, TX 77074, USA. It is for businesses buying or supplying refractories and industrial minerals, and the companies that move them.

Prices and quotes

Prices on this site are list prices, delivered to the ZIP code you give, and each holds until the date shown with it. They are not an offer to sell.

A sale is made only by a written quote from WIT that you accept. The quote's own terms (product, tons, delivered price, payment terms, validity) govern that sale.

Product information comes from our suppliers' data sheets and certificates. Check that a product suits your application before you order.

Your account

Sign-in codes are sent to your work email. Keep them to yourself, and tell us if someone else may have used your account.

An agent key you create for your own AI agent acts for your company within the limits you set, and you are responsible for what it orders within them. You can ask us to stop any key at any time.

Suppliers and logistics partners

Prices and quotes you post must be accurate and hold until the valid-until date you give. We may check your licenses and insurance before your quotes are used.

Use of the site

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to reach other companies' records, no automated copying of our prices or catalog, and no resale of information from it.

Our QuickBooks app

The QuickBooks connection on this site is used only by WIT, to keep WIT's own books. It is not offered to other QuickBooks users. See the privacy notice for what it reads and writes.

Limits

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, WIT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it, and our liability on any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms, and any sale made under a WIT quote, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Changes

If we change these terms, we post the new version here with its effective date.
