Tristan is a refractory executive with more than ten years in the industry. As an equity shareholder at Resco Products, he helped lead the company to a successful exit by building its first direct supply chain to China, replacing third-party intermediaries and bringing sourcing in house. He has a deep understanding of complex supply chains, from raw material sources and mills to the customer's plant, built through years on barges and in ports, in Asia and China, and running facilities in the United Kingdom. He knows international shipping, customs, tariffs and the documents that move product across borders.
He has years of executive experience and has built new supply chain groups for multiple private equity portfolio companies in different industries, showing the ability to create novel solutions to complex problems. He holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business and is qualified through the Institute for Supply Management.
At Worldwide Industrial Trade, he works with partners in China, Mexico and the United States to bring technically competitive Asian refractories and raw materials to American distributors and installers.
